Many times you may find yourself one day or one week beforeexamination and you didn't prepare for it, either because of too muchworks nor you are not focusing enough in this article I'll explain howto study for your exams even if its too late .Get Prepared Prepare everything that you need before you start studying your notebooks , lectures note , your phone and PC that will help you to watchvideos about the area that you are confuse , choose with one is bestfor you watching , reading or listening to the audio lectures.Learners remember

30% of what they see
50% of what they hear and see
70% of what they say
90% of what they say as they do what they say .Here I suggested you to read from your note and watch videos lecturesfrom your PC or mobile phone , after that close your book and PC findan empty book and write down what you learn . Watching videos have twoadvantages you will hear that means you will remember 20% of what youhear from the video and you see you will remember 30% of what you seefrom that video .You can choose which one is best for you .Set a plan Sit down and write down down your plan, proper study time , takingrest set a time for everything if you are to study for 5 hours youhave to rest at least 10-15 minutes in each hour and in your plan youhave to write 6 or 7 extra hour to avoid unnecessary distraction .Stick to your planDon't ever give up , stick to your plan no one is perfect everyone cando it disobeying your plan will make you learn nothing except a lessonthat will learn when the result is out.Don't get distracted but how?We have two types of distraction which are;
1- External distraction
2- internal distractionExternal distractionThe external distractions are things that we pick up from thesurrounding world through our senses. They are the things that we see,hear, smell, taste, and touch. For examples ; reading while radio TVis on , being distract by noisy things .Make sure you find a good study time and a conducive atmosphere withwill be quite and good for studying , you can go to library , yourroom , or any other proper place for studying the more you getdistract the more you will lose your focus .Internal distractionThe internal distractions are mostly the things that bounce around inour brain like random thoughts, memories or dreams. That’s what mostmeditation practices tend to focus on: disciplining our monkey mindsto be more focused and calm.Do everything that will make you happy and don't bother yourself andworry too much this is to avoid internal distraction the more youinternally get distract the more you will not focus enough .Eat HealthyHave 3 square meal a day this will keep you healthy and make you focusmore on your studies , leaving yourself with hungry stomach will nothelp u to focus enough you will end up beating a dead horse.Study without limits.Study like if you fail each course you will be withdraw from the school .Taking napTake a nap when you study much this will help you to refresh yourbrain and wake up fresh .Believe in yourselfPut it in your mind that you can do it and only working hard will make u do it .
Finally have a confident and never tend to give up if you study muchyou can hang around with friends and have some exercise .
Some of us view clever students as people with big brains or people
who grab things easily some sort of out of this world. Well, let me
tell you, it is wrong to believe in this negative though clever
students are just normal people. If anything they are just hardwired
for motivation and hard work. Here are some strategies that will help
someone become a clever student.
1. Have a plan:
Without a clear plan you will be wandering aimlessly
from day to day and week to week. A good study plan will help you
clarify your most important priorities and allocate your time to them
accordingly. When a clear study plan is in place, either in your head
or in written form, there is little room for you to be confused as to
what needs to be done and when that needs to be done.
2. Don't Procrastinate:
Remember stress and anxiety are some of the
biggest obstacles to success. Procrastination is a source of stress
and anxiety. Avoid procrastination, If you have planned to do
something today don't leave it for tomorrow. Because you will have
other things to do tomorrow. The trick here is to get started.
Difficult tasks can be broken down into a set of smaller tasks - that
makes it a whole lot easier to get started.
3. Concentrate on the task at hand:
Do one thing at a time to do it well. Most clever people I know of do not multi-task. They will pick a
task and give their full attention to it. There is plenty of
scientific proof to show that multi-tasking is a myth. When you
multi-task it doubles the amount of time it takes to do a task. It
also doubles the number of mistakes.
4. Find the right crowd to hang around with:
You are the average of the five people you hang around with. Finding like-minded people will
not only help you execute your study plan and maintain consistency but
it will also help you learn more effectively. Teaching what you know
to someone else is an excellent way of testing your own knowledge.
5. Be normal and be yourself:
Studying should not be seen as a burden.
It should be seen as part of your normal lifestyle. This means you
should set aside enough time to do other things that are equally
important. Eat healthy, sleep enough, be physically active, do
extra-curricular activities and engage in activities that help you
relax. In other words, work hard as well as play hard. But most
importantly stick to your plan and be consistent - hard work is good
but regular hard work is better.
6.Review:
Psychologists have found that the best time interval between two
study sessions is 10% of the time between the final test and the
second study session. So, to remember something for a year, you should
review it about a month after you study it for the first time.
7. No to :
Don't over study ,studying many subjects at the same time will make
you confuse .
8. Start studying early
you are to write an examination you need to
start studying early in fact start studying one month before exams
this will make you find things easier.
Being a clever student is not easy you need to work extremely hard ,
study enough take rest and research .

DOn't Postpone
When I started learning Arabic online I always postponed my lesson saying I'll continue when I get audio I though PDF is not enough for me but months later I realizes I cheated myself . When you feel like you want to read , go and read don't postpone it if you keep .Postponeding you will earn up losing something important , exams will come without knowing anything to write .
BREAK
Take a break while studying you should set up a limit of your study time, 45 minutes of studying 15 minutes taking rest , it will help you to focus on what you are studying.
BE FAR
Be far from TV , smart phones ,laptop ,radio and so on. It will
distract you and make you confuse. watching and reading at the same will not let you focus on it much , may be it was your favorite movie that you always don't wanna miss.
MAKE SURE YOU ARE FULL
when you are feeling hungry its hard for you to study and focus enough, you will just read without understanding anything.
